Tappers Eggcentric Gin reflects the Great British qualities of eccentricity and humour, with a nod to the tradition (since 1873) of gifting chocolate eggs in celebration of Eastertime.

Single batch limited edition
Eggcentric is independently produced in a single batch by hand from start to finish in the seaside town of West Kirby, Wirral. Available only for Easter 2017, each 50cl bottle is individually filled, numbered, labelled and wax sealed by hand. This very special tipple – like all compounded gin – has a natural amber-hue from the infused juniper berries.

Tasting notes
A luxurious array of cacao nibs, carob pods, cassia, liquorice, black garlic and vanilla create a deliciously decadent chocolate-flavoured gin for a celebratory taste of Eastertime.

Signature serve: Chocolate espresso martini.

Eggcentric G&T perfect serve: Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic and a crushed mint leaf to garnish.

Eggcentric is a semi-filtered gin and you may therefore find some sediment (as you would with a fine wine), oils or botanicals in the spirit – many argue this makes for a much tastier drink.
