Eggcentric is our limited-edition Easter gin, hand-crafted from start to finish using the traditional method of compounding. Eggcentric is independently produced in small batches at our Distillery on the Wirral. The resulting tipple – like all compounded gin – has a natural amber-hue from the infused juniper berries. Each 50cl bottle is individually filled, labelled and wax sealed by hand.
A luxurious array of the finest quality ingredients, including Peruvian Criollo cacao, carob pods, cassia, liquorice, black garlic and Madagascan bourbon vanilla pods, create a deliciously decadent dark chocolate-flavoured gin which is perfect for sharing at all celebratory occasions.
Signature serve: Chocolate espresso martini.
