Machine House Gin is a culinary collaboration with the 2 AA Rosette, Michelin Recommended, Machine House Restaurant in Rossett, North Wales. Inspired by the Welsh coast just across the Dee Estuary from our hometown of West Kirby, Wirral, Machine House Gin is the Welsh cousin to our signature coastal Darkside Gin.
Exclusive boutique release
Machine House Gin is available exclusively at Machine House Restaurant and our Distillery tasting room. Produced independently in small batches entirely by hand from start to finish, the resulting tipple – like all compounded gin – has a natural amber-hue from the infused juniper berries. Each 50cl bottle is individually filled, labelled and wax sealed by hand.
A coastal harvest of marsh samphire (or sampkin as it’s known by the locals in North Wales), freshly foraged from Conwy, is partnered with lemon balm and lime leaves to deliver a savoury gin with a hint of sea salt and a burst of citrus. Machine House Gin is a celebration of nature’s gifts along the Welsh coastline.
