Tappers Falling Leaves Gin

Autumn seasonal expression
Falling Leaves is the Autumn seasonal expression in the Tappers range and is named after the annual phenomenon when deciduous leaves fall as nature begins to steel herself against her greatest adversary – Winter. Produced in small batches only when the trees burst into Autumn colour and every leaf is a flower, until the days shorten and Winter’s chill sets in, Falling Leaves is a warm, gently spiced, gin.

Truly artisan
Falling Leaves is independently produced in small batches entirely by hand from start to finish in the seaside town of West Kirby, Wirral. The resulting tipple – like all compounded gin – has a natural hue from the infused juniper berries and bilberries. Each 50cl bottle is individually filled, labelled and wax sealed by hand.

Tasting notes
Falling Leaves brings together a hedgerow harvest of bilberries, blackberry leaves, rose hips, elderberries, ground ivy and fennel for an authentic taste of Autumn. Lightly spiced notes on the nose with warmth developing on the palate, and a delicate sweet lingering finish.

Falling Leaves G&T perfect serve: Fever-Tree Premium Tonic and blackberries to garnish.
