Where to find us and what to expect

If you’d like to visit our Distillery on the beautiful Wirral Peninsula then you’re in the right place. We’re a working distillery which means it isn’t possible for visitors to call without an appointment. We’re not situated in a farm shop, or a town centre – our nano-distillery is located within an industrial park so we welcome visitors for a tour by appointment or to one of our Tasting Room events.

Don’t let outside appearances deceive you. Inside, you’ll discover our little oasis – small but perfectly formed – and our warm and friendly Tappers welcome.

The bright steel of our conicals, shining copper stills, and dazzling array of botanicals in our distillery contrast with the intimate Tasting Room next door.

There, beneath hanging air plants and 19th Century botanical illustrations, you’ll find our range of gin – including the full seasonal line-up – sitting pretty alongside carefully curated fine wines, beers and ingredients for our impressive cocktail menu.

Our monthly gin evenings provide an opportunity to visit our nano-Distillery with a brief tour followed by a talk and tasting led by our founder and producer, Dr Steve Tapril in the intimate setting of our speakeasy Tasting Room. Our tasting events are designed to bring everyone together with a shared passion for gin – whether you come alone, or with others, you’ll find good cheer!

We provide light bites at our tastings, and guests have an opportunity to stay on a little longer afterwards to enjoy a tipple from our bar.

Admission is by ticket only.

By appointment

We’re a working Distillery and a small independent family business. If we’re not busy making gin, we’re usually delivering it to our wonderful customers! Visits are therefore restricted either to one of our intimate events or by appointment only.

If you are a group of 8 (or more) and would like the opportunity to relax in our speakeasy Tasting Room with a tipple from our range of gin, cocktails, fine wines, or beers, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. We’ll provide your group with a brief tour of the Distillery and open up our Tasting Room – just for you.

Private hire

If there’s a special occasion you’d like to celebrate, or business gathering in mind, our Tasting Room is available to hire.

Whether you’d simply like exclusive admission, or perhaps a gin tasting or cocktail masterclass, we can accommodate up to 30 guests in the intimate setting of our Distillery bar.

Contact us to discuss how we can help you to deliver an extraordinary, memorable event.
